Thank you for the work you’ve done on your BillQuick and TimeKeeper software.  These products have allowed my company to do away with the cumbersome and error prone manual timecards that were the basis of our payroll and product costing systems.  In addition to re-entering all the paper data into an Access database, we had to trust that each of the employees was using the same system for recording their time.  Of course, each person had his or her own view of how that was done.
 Using your products applies homogeneity to the entire system so that the whole company benefits, and my costing and payroll people have far less work in rechecking the data.  BillQuick and TimeKeeper help keep everybody ‘honest’ about their performance.  That also means they trust the system more and I have fewer headaches with competing departments.
I especially like the security built into the system.  You’ve found a good balance between the ease of system usability and the frustrations that come from training with and using a new system with higher security. I am looking forward to using the BQE software to the exclusion of our old manual system.
Finally, I’m pleased that the level of service was high for the few questions we had in getting our new BillQuick and TimeKeeper solutions off the ground.  When we had a problem getting Timekeeper loaded on one of our older Win98 machines, I sent e-mail to your technical people, and they responded early the next day with specific instructions on how to fix the problem.  Sure enough, we were up and running in about 20 minutes.
