Assistant easily converts your Microsoft Outlook appointments into time records. Pulling in your appointments, Assistant quickly completes your Time Card for you. It eliminates duplicate entry, saving time and effort tracking accurate and complete hours.
Intelligently, Assistant associates the Subject and Location of your appointments with the Activity and Client/Project of your time entries. Using "Smart Guess" technology, Assistant learns your appointment patterns to more efficiently complete your time card for you. As it learns your pattern, it saves you time and effort.
