BillQuick-Peachtree Integration is a
feature that allows you to transfer or synchronize data between
BillQuick and Peachtree. The integration
is complete and configurable. When data is entered, modified or deleted
in one program, the change can be reflected in the other by integrating
data from time to time. This can make your accounting and financial
management tasks easier. With this new integration feature, critical
data can be shared between BillQuick® and Peachtree® without having to
enter it twice. This feature will also be available with the latest
versions of both BillQuick and Peachtree.
BillQuick-Peachtree integration works with
BillQuick 2007 Basic, Pro and BillQuick Enterprise editions. You can
send BillQuick activities, expense codes, employees, vendors, clients,
projects, time entries, invoices and payments to
Peachtree, using the appropriate option from the menu. You can either
send records for each listed module one-by-one or send all the data
using the ‘All’ option. You can get activity and expense/charge items,
employees, vendors, customers, jobs, expense and time entries, invoices
and payments from Peachtree into BillQuick. You can either get records
for each listed module one-by-one or get all the data using the ‘All’
option. You have to send or get the data in the order of the menu. E.g.,
send Clients prior to sending the Projects. .

profiles of employees between BillQuick and SBA. The information can be used on
reports or invoices and may be used when determining bill and cost rates on
time entries or budgets.
Vendors and Vendors:
You can transfer / synchronize
profiles of vendors between BillQuick and Peachtree. The information can be used on
reports or invoices and may be used when determining bill and cost rates on
time entries or budgets.
Clients and Customers
You can transfer / synchronize
profiles of Clients / Customers between BillQuick and Peachtree. This information is
used on reports and invoices.
Projects and Jobs
Project / Job screen allows you to create and maintain profiles of Projects /
Jobs. You can transfer / synchronize each Job / Project Profile between
BillQuick and Peachtree. Project / Job information can be used on invoices in both
BillQuick and Peachtree.
Payment and Payment
You can transfer / synchronize Payment information between BillQuick and
Peachtree.
You can distribute the transferred payment among multiple invoices on either a
client or project basis in BillQuick.
Time Entries and Time Ticket
You can transfer / synchronize time entries between BillQuick and
Peachtree. BillQuick time entry is far more flexible than Peachtree time
ticket.
