2000 and its add-on modules is no more. As of November 14, 2003, BillQuick 2000 will not
be sold, licensed or supported.

Updated to take advantage of new elements in BillQuick 2003, Agent Pro 2003 continues to
deliver time-saving workflow automation. You can automatically check for incomplete and
missing employee and contractor time sheets using Time Card Query, then send a quick email
reminder.

them. Report Scheduling automatically produces the reports you want when you want them
– daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or annually. Tap Agent

 Web Interface for Time and Expense makes BillQuick accessible to any

T& E requires only an Internet connection and a browser to quickly enter time and
expenses. You get bills out faster and get paid faster. No higher costs or
client relationship issues from slow and incomplete billing. Upgraded Standard and
Enterprise versions are available.
eTools 2003.  Not just another flexible BillQuick option for remote submission
of time and expenses, eTools 2003 also keeps remote copies BillQuick 2003 up-to-date.
Clients, Projects, Fee Schedules and more are selectively extracted from your firm’s
database and sent via email to be automatically merged with the files on the remote
system. eTools is great for contractors because you can choose what clients, projects and

 Managing projects right – the right

Formerly only supporting time entries, the new version of this time-saving module for
Windows CE/Pocket PC PDAs now includes entering and hot-syncing expenses to your
firm’s BillQuick database.
Web i C&P 2003.
Previously separate products, Web Interface for Clients and Projects allows you to manage
BillQuick Client and Project information by simply connecting to your web site. Remote
users can work from anywhere, and satellites offices can be located anywhere – they
can even be virtual.

The new version will support entering and hot-syncing expenses to your firm’s
BillQuick database.
BillQuick Assistant 2003.
New to the BillQuick Family, BillQuick Assistant 2003 integrates with Microsoft Outlook.
Any To-Do in Outlook can be turned into a time entry for a project with a click of the
mouse. More, the association is remembered. When BillQuick Assistant sees the
combination again, it displays the same project, activity code and so on. You can also
view Client and Project information from within Outlook.

For BillQuick customers who also deploy
QuickBooks® in their firms and for the millions of QuickBooks users, AutoReporter delivers time-saving workflow automation.
AutoReporter allows you to schedule and
automatically generate standard QuickBooks® reports using memorized filters and formats.
You can schedule reports to be printed, viewed or emailed on the day you want. You choose
the report's frequency – daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or
annually. You can email reports to your accountant, principals, office manager, project
managers — one person or many. AutoReporter processes the report you want, when you
want it, and for whom you want to receive the information. And all this can be done by
AutoReporter even when QuickBooks® is not running.
November Support Tips
Tip#1
Ever wondered what your true Bill Rate is? You may be surprised.
In BillQuick it is easy to find out. Go to the
Reports menu, select Billing, then run "Write-up, Write-down Report by Employee
(Summary)".
BillQuick calculates the true Bill Rates based on
the number of hours billed (whether per hour or flat fee) and the money applied against
those hours.
Tip #2
Did you know that you don't need to own Adobe PDF writer to create PDF files for BillQuick
reports and invoices?
On the Preview window just click the export
(envelope) Icon on the Toolbar. From the list select "Acrobat Format (PDF)" and
set the destination as "Disk File".
Other export options include RTF, Word, HTML, XML,
spreadsheet and other formats, PLUS you can email the report to another
person.
