It's time for. . .BillQuick Quizzer!
(Cheers, cheers, cheers.)
Last month the question stumped all our

Support Tips
1. Turn off the Last 5 Reports on users'
Navigator screens.
Often BillQuick Administrators set user security
permissions for reports after the system has run for a time. BillQuick
automatically tracks the last 5 reports a user prints, listing them on the
Navigator screen. Even if you deny permission to all or selected reports,
the ones listed on the Navigator screen remain accessible to users unless
you deactivate this feature.
To turn off the Last 5 Reports on user Navigator
screens:
- Log into BillQuick as
"Supervisor".
- Open the Security screen by selecting Security
from File menu.
- Select the User for whom you want to turn off
the Last 5 Reports feature.
- Scan down to the left column to the Standard
Reports category.
- Uncheck the Recent Reports permission.
- Click Save.
2. Security and BillQuick Add-Ons
When you install and run BillQuick add-ons such
Agent Pro, Web i, BillQuick Palm and BillQuick CE, security in BillQuick
must be turned on. To turn on security:
- Log into BillQuick as "Supervisor".
- Open the Security screen by selecting Security
from File menu.
- Select "Supervisor" from the employee
drop-down list.
- The Security On checkbox displays. Check the
box to turn BillQuick's security on.
- Click Save.
- Install your BillQuick add-on modules.
