Shafat Qazi, President
 Shafat Qazi graduated from the State University of
New York at Buffalo with a Master of Science and minor in computer
programming. As the chair of the Computer Applications Committee of
the Structural Engineers Association of California he has been
instrumental in bringing Civil and Structural engineers all over
World online via the Internet and helping them in automating their
offices.
Shafat has in-depth knowledge of the business
management and accounting practices for Small and Medium size
businesses in the Professional Services domain.
Shafat not only manages the company but is also
the chief architect behind the actual programming of the company's
flagship product BillQuick. Shafat possess both the business skill
sets required to run the corporation and lead the development of new
and innovative products such as BillQuick.
Shafat is the President and the chairman of the
board for BQE Software Inc.
William Breiholz, General Manager
 William
Breiholz (Will) joined BQE Software Inc. in June 1996 as company's
General Manager in charge of the day-to-day activities and
operations of the company.
Will brings to the company expertise in software
design, development of new markets and Internet based business
services. Will has in-depth knowledge of the company’s target
markets and its precise functionality benefits within each vertical
market that the company serves.
Will graduated from University of California at
San Diego with a bachelors degree in economics. Prior to joining
BQE, will worked as a product manager with NTN Communications.
